ABOUT oNE OKC
oNE OKC is an annual street festival hosted by Northeast OKC Renaissance Inc (NEOKCR). Inspired by the Northeast Renaissance TIF, oNE OKC was created to represent a vision of Northeast Oklahoma City's future. oNE OKC was designed to engage the local community and attract people from throughout the OKC metro to visit Northeast Oklahoma City.
On April 30th, 2016 the first oNE OKC took place at Douglass Mid-High School's football stadium. After moving to historic Northeast 23rd Street in 2017 to showcase an anchor of NEOKC's economic growth, the event continued to grow in sponsor, vendor, volunteer and organizational participation, as well as in attendance.
On Saturday, October 31st, we will celebrate oNE OKC's 5th anniversary, as well as it's final year at NE23rd & Rhode Island. This year’s event will feature a live watch party at oneokcevent.org/watchparty, allowing supporters to attend virtually from a computer, smartphone, or tablet. In-person event attendees are encouraged to wear face masks and follow social distancing protocols.
oNE OKC is a vibrant block party that merges the models of Open Streets, Plaza Fest, the Arts Festival, and Better Block to envision the ethical revitalization of Northeast Oklahoma City.
To represent the fun, culturally rich, economically vibrant, and socially inclusive atmosphere that summarizes the future vision of Northeast Oklahoma City while creating positive energy and awareness around the Renaissance, and engaging the youth and young professionals.
