2. Message Frequency
SMS message frequency varies based on engagement and program participation but will not exceed 4 messages per month unless otherwise disclosed.
3. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You may opt back in by replying START. For help, reply HELP.
You may unsubscribe from email communications using the unsubscribe link provided in each email.
4. Fees
Message and data rates may apply to SMS messages, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
5. Appropriate Use
NEOKCR communications are intended for informational and community engagement purposes only. Users agree not to misuse or disrupt communication services.
6. Liability Disclaimer
NEOKCR is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Changes to Terms
NEOKCR reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
