In December, we bid farewell to esteemed board members Greg Jones, Maurianna Adams, Floyd Alexander III , and Dr. Andrea Benjamin. Their dedication and service have been instrumental in advancing NEOKCR's mission. The response to our recent call for new board member applications has been amazing. We are currently reviewing submissions and will announce our new board members soon. We appreciate the community's patience during this process.

We are thrilled to announce the Ward 7 City Council Candidate Forum, hosted by NEOKCR on Thursday, January 30, 2025, at 6:00 PM. This event will be held at NEOKCR's office space, located at 1740 NE 23rd St, Ste. A, and offers residents a chance to engage directly with candidates, discussing their visions and plans for our community.
